"Entrepreneurs do not need to fit traditional business molds to build successful, impactful businesses" Paola Blanco is a founder, entrepreneur, and disability advocate with lived experience navigating entrepreneurship while disabled. Her work focuses on helping entrepreneurs with disabilities build sustainable businesses, strengthen financial confidence, and access opportunities that are often overlooked by traditional systems. Unlike generic finance courses built around traditional business assumptions, Paola teaches through a practical, disability-informed lens that recognizes the realities many entrepreneurs face — including fluctuating capacity, benefits navigation, accessibility barriers, and nontraditional income paths. Through this course, Paola combines real-world business knowledge with approachable financial education designed to help entrepreneurs make informed decisions, build stronger financial foundations, and grow businesses in ways that work for their lives and goals.
